An item I want is out of stock, when will you have more for sale?
We'd love to have everything in stock all the time, but due to the nature of 3D printing we can only produce 2-3 items a day.  If there's something you're looking for that is out of stock contact us and we will add you to the notification list. This also helps us prioritize which items to restock first.

Can you print me a item in a different color or a modified version?
Maybe. We tend to only stock the colors that we have listed on the site. We do have some limited stock of other colors, if you want something done in a color we have that's no problem but if you want something done in a color we don't have then we usually ask that you buy the material as well ($25 on top of the normal order cost). If you'd like a modified version of one of our designs we may or may not be able to do it depending on what it is you'd like changed. Please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Can you print this design I found somewhere else?
We tend to only print items that we've designed or that we've been able to confirm print well and have good fitment. One thing we are rarely able to do is modify someone else's design. But please contact us anyway. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to do it but if nothing else we'd love to hear your ideas.

Can you design a completely new item for me?
Typically to make a good design that fits and works well we'll need our hands on the parts that it attaches to. Products like our cartridge housings or SD card trays required not just a lot of detailed measurments of the other parts they touch once installed but also many test prints and test installations to ensure that the fitment is good. If there is a product that you'd like to see us offering please let us know. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to do it but we're always interested in new product ideas.



Do you ship internationally?
YES! We ship anywhere in the world. If you don't see your country listed as an option during check out contact us and we'll get it added.

How are your items packaged?
Everything we sell is shipped in a cardboard box with either bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts. We found that this only increases the shipping costs a few cents over an adequately padded envelope and the added protection is well worth it.

What shippers do you use?
We ship everything out through USPS (United States Postal Service). We offer shipping via "First Class Parcel" as well as "Priority Mail". For larger orders (~3+ items) within the USA the weight is too high for the First Class option so Priority becomes the only option available. "First Class Parcel" is always an option for International orders, no matter the weight.

How long does it take to get my item once I've ordered?
We only sell items that have already been printed and are ready to go, if you place an order expect it to be packaged and shipped out in the next business day. Shipping First Class in the USA takes 3-10 days depending on location and Priority takes 1-3 days depending on location. International shipping times vary greatly (anywhere from 2-6 weeks) depending on the country. (NOTE: Due to COVID-19 international shipping times can be as long as 10 weeks)

How Much does it cost to Ship?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated by USPS based on package size and weight, but shipping "First Class Parcel", within the USA is typically between $4-$6, small international orders (1 item or 2 small items) is typically about $15;, and larger international orders (2+ items) is typically about $25. "Priority Mail" shipments are usually about 2x the cost of First Class.
